"Fruitland Mesa" Original Oil Plein Air Landscape Painting

This painting was done on location in Hotchkiss, Colorado.  Looking towards the west provides the beautiful scenery of the mesas, which are a big part of the landscape in this area.  The clouds are particularly spectacular during the summer months.
