Original Plein Air Colorado Oil Painting "Sheep Ponds"

I painted this piece as part of the Plein Air Rockies show.  It was done at the area known as the Sheep Ponds in Rocky Mountain National Park.  I arrived early and had completed the painting by about 7:30 in the morning.  Unfortunately I didn't see any big horn sheep on this visit, but the view was stunning.
